Because every press-on set is handcrafted, slight variations in color, artwork, placement of charms, glitter, or embellishments may occur. These variations make each set unique.

3. Custom Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail size before ordering.

ToriNails provides multiple sizing methods, including:

Coin Method
Tape/Ruler Method
Sizing Kits

If incorrect sizing is provided by the customer, ToriNails is not responsible for replacement sets or refunds.

4. Processing & Shipping

Processing times vary depending on current order volume and inventory.

Current processing and shipping estimates are displayed at checkout.

Shipping carriers are responsible for delivery once your order has been accepted into their possession.

ToriNails is not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather
Carrier delays
Holidays
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

5. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

Shipping information is correct
Email address is accurate
Selected nail sizes are correct
Product selections are correct before submitting an order

Orders cannot be changed once production has begun.

6. All Sales Final

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products:

All sales are final.

We do not accept:

Returns
Exchanges
Refunds

7. Product Use

Press-on nails should be applied and removed according to the included instructions.

ToriNails is not responsible for damage resulting from:

Improper application
Improper removal
Misuse of products
Allergic reactions
Failure to follow care instructions

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

8. Mobile Appointments

For mobile nail services:

Appointments must be booked in advance.
A non-refundable booking fee may be required.
Clients should arrive with clean, healthy nails unless otherwise discussed.
Late arrivals may result in shortened appointments or cancellation.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content—including photographs, logos, branding, product descriptions, graphics, and designs—is the property of ToriNails and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
